Advice for Re-Starting Your Life

That was then, this is now,
Here we go starting over!
You decide, change your mind,
Miracles happen every day!

-RuPaul, The Beginning

Don’t wait for a disaster to take a good look at your life. Doing a life review every so often is extremely healing for the soul. Even if you are high-vibe already, do this as it’s the beginning of a new year! You will be ahead of many when you have the energy to make trends, forecast events, and give to others. This puts you in a position of leadership for the whole and for yourself. Sometimes, though, external circumstances are too unbearable that we are forced to make a change. In that case, buckle your seatbelt Dorothy, because we are about to take…off.

One of the fastest, most simple, healthiest things you can do now is consider what you are putting in your mouth. Do you remember what you learned in preschool? Drink lots of water, get your vitamins, and always eat fruits/vegetables. Magnesium for calcium absorption check-, green juice check-, protein check- are all next level. People will argue over what kinds of next level products you should be eating, but if you are in survival-mode, forget those privileged people and get your basics in order. You don’t need to be a bountiful doctor or established farmer to know practical wisdoms like having proteins and carbs in the morning. This can be done in one minute’s time if you have a blender, which are now sold as cheaply as $15 (the price of a movie ticket plus popcorn). The supplement industry is also booming and you can book a virtual life coach for only $5 on Fiverr.com.

Second, take a look at your tent/room/apartment/house. (Forget this step if you are living in a car in which case you are probably looking for where to shower next). Most people procrastinate important moves by cleaning, but you can flip it around and focus on decluttering instead. I have met countless people tell me they threw out all their cool stuff when they felt it was time for their spirit to move. They were right, sometimes your spirit gets attached to items that keep it inactive. Even David Wilcock tripped and saw energy streams that went from his body to his cellphone, way back when, and it scared him. In other words, don’t get rid of your cellphone, get rid of “unspiritual” items, things that bring you down and remind you of the bad times. After that, let go of unfinished goals that your ego thinks will get done and make you perfect: that curling iron that fries your hair every time, your old haunted tarot deck, a super expensive crystal your frenemy got you. None…of…those…things…matter. Do a search on Pinterest using the word “declutter” and you’ll see bulleted lists of items people are generally overwhelmed with.

Mentally, you’ve been prepared for this change, longer than you think. People wait until the tipping point to put knowledge into action, but I’m sure there’s a seeding idea you just forgot about amidst the other distractions. As you eat well and declutter, you’ll come across old journals, photos, music and sentimental shoulda-coulda-woulda items. Then you have regrets, beat yourself up and say, “the past is the past”, but hold on just a minute. Who’s voice is talking in your head? Is that your preschool teacher who didn’t believe in their own infinite potential? Maybe you are playing someone else’s tape and it’s time you make your own song. If you think about your life as an etheric symphony waiting to happen, doesn’t that feel at least remotely exciting? Imagine a long-haired balding man with a white stick, holding his wrists up to the sky in a penguin suit, about to dictate your entire life as a musical. Will it sound like Maria from West Side Story or Stannie Dum and Ollie Dee from Babes in Toyland?

Emotionally, you are probably going through a lot because change is never easy. During World War II, my grandmother had to leave her lakeside home in Finland as a little girl and live with complete strangers in Sweden to get to safety. My other grandmother participated in a sit-in during the Civil Rights Movement, to peacefully protest unfair racial laws in the United States. As an interracial couple in the 1970s my parents could barely hold hands: in Finland people just “didn’t do that” and in New York City people would actually spit on you. Right now, you probably have some obstacles, too, but those are stories worth sharing! Write down your painful experience, make a video log (“vlog”), or draw a picture about it. Some day you can help other people who went through the same thing.

Finally, spiritual people know that God doesn’t give us anything we cannot handle. Sometimes your knees will bend and the going gets tough, but it’s for your soul’s lessons and growth. You are measured in the Spirit World according to how gracefully you can handle a painful situation. Do you curse and blame others or do you get up and keep it moving? (Obviously, this is after you have set boundaries and gotten out of a dangerous situation.) You might be mad at someone or feel you are the only one, but that anger is a sign you are the person who needs to do something about it! That is when your purpose starts talking to you, waiting for you to take a step towards it. If you are all alone (or all+one), then you be that leader for others. If everyone else is a lazy slob, then you be the one to clean up and set an example. The only question to contemplate is what is holding you back and preventing you from getting to a better vibration. Once you identify it, let go and enjoy your sparkle. That way, others can sparkle, too.

Channeled message:
The 5th Dimension is very simple. First, you Ascend, second, you place yourself into yourself and observe. Finally, you are knowing that all is well. This is all.

Energy constantly moves. It is never slow to the point where it does not. If you align with energy, you align with Creatorhood. If you align with Creatorhood, you work in collectives. It is almost automatic. When you are in Greater realities, you simply become the consciousness. It is not a matter of placing yourself in a location, for the 5th dimension is always from within.

Some of you worry that you are going to leave physically. It is all right because believing this is humorous to us. Many beings are watching over Earth. There are many of us, here now on Orion Council. Everyone is watching and we find that humorous.

Trusting is a feeling. It allows you to sense those around you. This is a natural gift many of you have. When you allow for it, the energy increases.
In case you wondered if energy increases the same speed at which it does in this dimension, you must recall an instance where you felt “expanded.” Expansion occurs when many of us expand at once. Do you see? If you were all to experience Ascension together, you would experience a Greater Reality. What is God is here and what is God is within your Self?

Allow Love to enter the mind and become one with who you are. Become one with yourself, and realize the pattern is the unraveling of each and all of us. Emsa, EnRa, En Ra Love. So it is. -Orion Council, January 19, 2017

10 Reasons to Stay Alive

10 Reasons to Stay Alive

Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk I’m a woman’s man: no time to talk. Music loud and women warm, I’ve been kicked around since I was born. And now it’s all right, it’s okay and you may look the other way, we can try to understand The New York Times’ effect on man.

We all know the lyrics to The Bee Gees song “Stayin’ Alive” because the music makes you want to literally stay alive so that you can bring your right hand down from the sky, across your body with your knees bent, into a snap. Wyclef Jean’s version adds the words “Tryin’ To” to the title, because thirty years since the Saturday Night Fever anthem people are still dying.

Japanese students take themselves out when their parents’ choice college turns them down. In northern Europe, men in their 50s are terminating themselves because alcohol no longer cures depression. Suicide.org reports that every 40 seconds a person dies by suicide somewhere in the world. Luckily, 6 million people on Facebook are clicking the “Like” button on company websites like “Suicide Girls” rather than committing hara-kiri.

Should you ever question your existence, feel completely alone or misunderstand your empathy, remember there are people who survived that very same pain. Some became resilient, creative and developed spiritually, like Malcolm X.

No matter where you are or how bad it seems, choose life over death, for the following reasons:

  1. As early as the 1900s, world-famous spiritualist medium Madame Blavatsky who studied under Indian tradition, recognized the realm of “Kama Loka.” This is a dimension where souls who commit suicide must review their entire lives should they have chosen to live that life. It is depicted in the movie, “Astral City: A Spiritual Journey (English Subtitled)”, where the mind is tormented by lower consciousness until it self-realizes and chooses the better Path.

  2. Khorshed Bhavnagri channeled messages from her two sons who died in a car crash, creating the international bestseller “The Laws of the Spirit World.” They explained through automatic writing that suicide is a sin because you are breaking God’s laws, as God intended for you to live a life. Not facing your problems makes you drop to the lower realms in the Spirit World, our true home.

  3. The consciousness known as Abraham, as channeled through Esther Hicks, explained in “Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires” that our souls chose to be here. Similarly, clients of hypnotist Dolores Cannon explain in “The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth” that souls have incarnated from other star systems to help Earth as it is now transitioning into a new Golden Age of 26,000 years, the Age of Aquarius.

  1. Approximately half the world population is male and the other half female, which implies there is some sort of “divine” structure to how babies are born onto Earth.

  2. There is a saying that goes, “the only way from here is up”, so hitting rock-bottom is not the be-all end-all. The trance channeled consciousness known as “Seth” in “The Nature of Personal Reality: Specific, Practical Techniques for Solving Everyday Problems and Enriching the Life You Know (Jane Roberts)” explains that we flicker in and out of reality every second, but it happens so quickly that we perceive matter as solid. This means your consciousness is so fast-moving, you have more than a moment in time to pick one thought that feels better. Abraham says it takes 17 seconds to attract a positive thought when you choose to attract one.

  3. Buddhist high priests believe in reincarnation, especially because they have witnessed the soul of the Dalai Lama reincarnating into a new body that remembers distinct aspects of the soul’s previous lifetime. A Tibetan child is tested by intuitively identifying objects that belonged to the previous Dalai Lama (a.k.a. himself), after the high priests receive prophetic dreams and consult with former servants, political leaders and monks.

  1. BBC reports the Vatican figure of an estimated 1.2 billion Roman Catholics in the world. This faith embraces the concept of angels and Spirit Guides. Similarly, the 1.6 billion Muslims in the world study their holy book, the Quran, which sites the first revelation of Muhammad, who is visited by the Archangel Gabriel. This means roughly 40% of the world’s population knows what an “angel” is, before we even begin to acknowledge Judaic messengers of God: the Seraphim, Ophanim, Cherubim, Hashmallim, Elohim, Ishim, Malakim, Erelim and Chayot Ha Kodesh.

  2. A lot of the pain you feel has nothing to do with you. As you read this now, you have endured the international post-traumatic stress of WWII, held space for the baby-boomers, and surely at some point supported one or two millennials. You are now responsible for guiding Generation Z, who are pressured to beat Wall Street while being as sensitive as a nylon string guitar. These kids are torn between pharmaceuticals and psychedelic plants for personal healing, so help them know what it means to be truly alive.

  3. Women are fighting for equality and winning, whistleblowers are disclosing crimes committed against humanity by the Cabal, and everyone knows the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter. People have begun amazing grassroots movements such as Permaculture, UBUNTU and at-home hydroponics that are completely self-sustaining! As the United States wakes up to J.J. Hurtak’s 1977 prophecy of a dove of peace landing over ancient Atlantis in “The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch“, we see presidents promising the legalization of marijuana, making it safer for people with brown skin to walk on the streets.

  4. Interracial marriages are creating beautiful people who do not think in terms of color, gender, class or alienness, and promote the “Rainbow Tribe”, “First Contact”, and self-love. I know this because I am that person, and if I can survive the ugliest thought of jumping off a roof, so can you.

Let us dance, now, like the “kami” nature spirits in Shintoism, or the “devas” of Hinduism. Similarly, we can begin to celebrate Mother Earth and Taoism, the here and now. This was the message of musicians called The Fifth Dimension, The Beatles, and Bob Marley. Although some are long gone, they left behind reminders for why you, too, should stay alive.
