The Fifth Element (1997) – Luc Besson – During a cosmic battle between Bruce Willis and evil, enters a divine, “supreme” being, and yes she is female. Set in the future, a priest must preserve the ancient secrets of the keepers of great knowledge called the Mondoshawan. The reason this movie is so important is that since ancient times, priests have kept sacred records for advanced civilizations visiting Earth, and this connection to the extraterrestrials is clearly displayed here. (The soundtrack is other-worldly, guys.) It is an extremely humorous adventure where an ex-military teams up with Chris Tucker and Milla Jovovich, escaping pea-brained warlords serving Zorg Industries. There’s a je ne sais quoi here, a realness- not Milla’s hair-bleaching process that caused her to wear an orange wig, rather, the friendly floating Chinese-food boat, the cops who eat McDonald’s even in hover-cars and the Post-Y2K Pan Am babeliciousness! Nothing is as creative as Gary Oldman answering to black goo threatening the rule of a black American president! You’ll see how the love of money corrupts a guy with the coolest pastel-goth pet and the importance of honoring your soulmate.
Amélie (2001) – Jean-Pierre Jeunet – Possibly the most ASMR of narrators, André Dussollier describes the quiet life of an innocent adventurer, Audrey Tatou, who finds magic in the smallest of places: holding grains, skipping rocks, spying on an old painter through the window. We see her being the observer who decides to become an actress in her own play- why not play matchmaker, do-gooder and avenger all-in-one? Then, her #unexpectedturnon is the autistic-seeming Nino, relief being felt when Amelie gets something for herself. At the same time, we realize life is truly a balance between helping others and serving yourself , which you’ll want to do after watching this. The beautiful saturated colors of the protagonist’s home, red and green, feel like a second gnome-home. It’s art that lifts your spirit like a decafe ole’ in hipster France, removing fear of “other.” Mutual joy results from understanding another being and hearing their fears, heartbreaks, and triumphs. In life we are mean to connect with our neighbors, maintain culture, and make sure we are fully breathing in every moment.
Extraordinary: The Stan Romanek Story (2017) – I saw the original movie and read his book called “Messages.” This guy is the real deal and his story is known as the “world’s most documented documented extraterrestrial contact story”, where he has over 195 pieces of evidence. These include: waking up with strange symbols on the body; E.T.s caught on tape (in the window); strange men appearing out of a non-existent company car to fix his walls; phone-calls from hybrid children; a normal wife’s side of the story; government mischief; channeling Aramaic; passing out; descriptions of humanoid-greys that came through a portal in Orion. When I showed this to some people I was hanging out with, they made jokes and felt super uncomfortable, but I knew it got to them. Not everyone is mentally ready for the truth, but if you are, this will shake you in a good way more than Go Ask Alice did. Check this one out where the dimension changes:
This is very empowering for starseeds to watch. Some downloads you have been getting will make more sense, and you’ll understand how third-dimensional thinking is yearning to expand but the physical mind is still very afraid. Spiritual people will love this movie if they are interested in their own contact experiences and will see themselves A LOT better.
Malcolm X (1992) – Spike Lee – These days every millennial should have had experiences with racism and the devastating corruption the African diaspora has been up against. Although most of my readers and viewers are extremely upset by this topic, they will feel guidance knowing about one of our greatest heroes. The best leaders, thinkers and change-makers have come out of strife and grown stronger, creating foundations for mass movements throughout history. They had different methods to do good things, and the world opened up because of them. You need to know “Red’s” story, because it’s one of unification and truth, a third-eye opener which Lee has exquisitely portrayed in yet another masterpiece (besides 67 films within 28 years equaling 2 and a half movies a year!!!!). Denzel Washington sends kathara template layer chills up your spine as he moves a finger to direct an extremely organized method to freeing an innocent youth from prison (to which I hear Kanye West rapping, “no one man should have all that power”, quoting cowardly supremacists during the U.S. Civil Rights Movement). You will understand important facts from the autobiography- about serving your community and living your own truth, the Nation of Islam, the importance of study and enhancing your mind, why people are changed by speech and finally, the desperate need for modern inter-racial cooperation on the whole planet. Love is the only truth and this is what he taught us in the short time he spent incarnating here.
The Secret – Rhonda Byrne [& Paul Harrington]– Most people on this planet have dealt with spirits of death, transition and the unknown. It can be quite a scary time. We live in an information age, where people are slowly opening their subconscious minds. There is a need for clarity and knowing “what is real”, and what is revealed here is a great piece of knowledge which has affected millions upon millions of of self-help students: the Law of Attraction. If you have heard of channeling, you will know of Esther Hicks. Originally, she was there, channeling Abraham eyes open in the first Secret movie but that part was taken out in the latest version. There are other great stories, though, which range from a homeless man who got “made”, a guy with one lightbulb who manifested $1M, the methods Olympic athletes use to win races, and how a victim made all his bullies in a dark alley disappear, for good. Your thoughts matter and this explains it in detail- even if you suffered a great physical accident, you can get up from it. Your experience is truly what you believe, and if you liked the Celestine Prophecy, this movie will blow your lid off. After you view the entire movie what follows is an extremely healthy thought : “what would I like to create for myself?” Plus, the trailer is PERF:
The Matrix (1999) – Lana & Lilly Wachowski – Could a blockbuster, based on work originally written by a sister who won her rights to reap rewards from this classic, be explained in quotes? Let’s try:
- Morpheus: “This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill – the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill – you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.”
- Morpheus: “The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work… when you go to church… when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth. Neo: “What truth?” Morpheus: “That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else you were born into bondage. Into a prison that you cannot taste or see or touch. A prison for your mind.”
- The Oracle: “You didn’t come here to make the choice. You’ve already made it. You’re here to try to understand why you made it.”
- Potential: “Do not try and bend the spoon, that’s impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth. Then you’ll see, that it is not the spoon it bends, it is only yourself!”
- Agent Smith: “Illusions, Mr. Anderson. Vagaries of perception. Temporary constructs of a feeble human intellect trying desperately to justify an existence that is without meaning or purpose. And all of them as artificial as the Matrix itself, although only a human mind could invent something as insipid as love.”
- Trinity: “I know what you’ve been doing. I know why you hardly sleep, why you live alone, and why night after night you sit at your computer.”
THRIVE Movie – Global consolidation means worldwide solidifying of units into wholeness. If you haven’t come across Duane Elgin, Nassim Haramein, Steven Greer, Jack Kasher, Daniel Sheehan, Adam Trombly, Brian O’Leary, Vandana Shiva, John Gatto, Deepak Chopra, David Icke, Catherine Austin Fitts, G. Edward Griffin, Bill Still, John Perkins, Aqeela Sherrills, Evon Peter, Angel Kyodo Williams, Elisabet Sahtouris, Amy Goodman, and/or Barbara Marx Hubbard, you should. Translated into 27 languages, topics covered in this must-see Ubuntu-Movement-like-tutorial by Foster Gamble include energy, science, the Global Domination Agenda, E.T. phenomena and most importantly, how we can transition to a truly free society. There are visuals of benevolent city structures, revelations on crooks controlling trillions of dollars and explanations of “torus.” (A favorite word of the Orion Council!) On their website you can click “movie chapter summaries” to see the master list of topics. Most ironically though, a sociopathic person I wrote about in my book, Starseed Survival, actually sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes at me when she peeped one of my post-2012 shortcomings: “what, you haven’t seen THRIIIIIIVE!?!!?!?!?!?!”
Astral City (Nosso Lar) – After reading, “10 Reasons to Stay Alive“, and hearing me talk about this on YouNow a gazillion times, you are probably wondering why Krista didn’t stick with a seven for the title. It really bugged me, but eight is a power number and stretching your limits is important. This is where you stop having words, breaking out of the mind like a trip into the next dimension, yes it’s like that but more structured, for real. My Mexican-American Capricorn friend told me in his very dry, guru-like way, “Krista, you would like this movie.” Being a total movie-buff he was 100% on fleek with this recommendation. If a girl cries during a movie and her eyes turn into diamonds over a melting heart of God’s infinite love that means she will appreciate you for this. It’s such a mm-mmm-good movie. WHO KNEW there’d be so much subjective beauty on cities floating around our Earth, told in the account of a Brazilian doctor who commits suicide, ending up in kamaloka. (Tribe, this was channeled through a psychic medium as they have spirits in these cities trying to communicate with us sensitive ones through the Comunicação sector run by High Good Souls!) The lower and higher realms, by the way, which are described in my #1 book “The Laws of the Spirit World“, I talked about on the Spoon of Consciousness podcast interview (click here to see it on YouTube). There’s also an amazing anime movie which depicts the realms mentioned here, on Ambassador Ehani’s YouTube page, which I suggest as follow-up or a more child-friendly version. Just saying, The Laws of the Sun, The Laws of Eternity, and The Golden Laws are all really good ones by Ryuho Okawa (You’ll have a really fun time scrolling through the content)! In sum, astral travelers will probably feel “at home” watching this, pun intended, and many of you your purpose knocking!
