Hashtag List to Reach Starseeds Online

Going through this alphabetized list will help the reader better define themselves as an internet presence.

I’ve come across brilliant Instagram pages and insightful Twitter accounts. People are creating one-of-a-kind art, cosmic technology and sharing Hermetic science in blogs. The thing is, no one really knows about them because they aren’t using hashtags!

Without much further ado, here are the results from an investigation on what hashtags starseed -style accounts are using. When I say “starseed”, I mean spiritual people who have an on-going interest in outer space or personal experiences with extraterrestrial life, as their soul has incarnated on other planets before. More commonly, people who identify with this may also be in the process of “coming out” with an interest in the galaxy and feel a bit shy, only posting nebulas and brushing the surface with alien emojis.

You can make up your own and get linguistically creative with relative words. Then lo and behold, people find you on the Net! Just remember to be as original and relevant as possible. I have seen plenty of copy-cats online who get lots of hype, then eventually fall off the bandwagon because they don’t credit their source(s) nor respect the labor.

Scrolling through these terms, make a list of your favorites in your bullet journal and remember that professionals use these with established platforms, too. Combining words makes the hashtag more unique and it won’t get lost in the data-dump sea. It will take some time before people discover you and your craft, but those real people who do will sense your energy and love you for you. Luckily this is the internet where you can delete things if you fail and re-brand when it’s time. Have a positive intention for yourself or someone else and everything will go just fine!

How to Pick Your First Oracle Decks

I remember it like yesterday: four friends traveled by boat to Estonia and one of them found a metaphysical shop (surprise, surprise). Of course there was a divination tool section with tarot cards and the most elaborate deck was chosen. The one with the most detail and positive “vibration” had a pastel dragon on the front with flowers, swirls and minute constituents of a fantastical nature.

Although tarot was not something I normally practiced, I used these cards to train the third eye. This is the energy center which tells you what is. It’s the one that sees through illusion and helps you to focus so that the real magic can happen. A proper wizard knows that psychic energy tends to “fly” into your consciousness and for which one must train the art of centering.

One of my favorite metaphysical teachers Sonia Choquette said that she only used cards to focus and didn’t really need them in order to read another person’s energy. Would you know that she was only 15? Staring at a randomly drawn playing card, reading the future for her neighbors in Chicago for a tip was pretty brave. (Read about it all in her incredible first book Diary of a Psychic. Hint: she mentions E.T.s at the end!)

In this example, a 52-card deck was used, but ever since Doreen Virtue appeared on the Hay House -scene (a New Thought and self-help publisher founded in 1984 by author Louise Hay) oracle cards are now sold in northern Europe, even. Her first decks were about angels, God’s messengers with unconditional love and the will of God to be of service. Those later evolved into past life, Ascended Master, and Goddess decks. Instead of numbers or the major arcana investigating the Hero’s journey, you could pick a card for daily reminders or focus on a niche topic.

Similarly, Steven Farmer (a former associate and friend of Doreen) worked with animals and these kinds of earth energies, creating decks like Earth Magic and Power Animal Oracle Cards. When you practice psychic ability, these cards are very useful for remote viewing or picking up on spirit animals because you can feel, see and hear them, activating three aspects of your multifaceted ajna center. For instance, when a slithery feeling moved up my back in swirls I pushed that button: “it’s snake, you chose the snake card!” That was one of the most memorable Google Hangouts we did in a group setting and people tend to love this game until the frustration kicks in.

After figuring out what kind of art or subject you are interested in, you’ll probably find that the same card keeps popping up. “How is this happening? The probability of choosing the same galactic card from a deck of 108 cards by Lyssa Royal-Holt twice in a row is slim-to-none?!” When this happens, you need to do what Lyssa’s Pleiadian future self Sasha says, “integrate!” This is also a wonderful sign that the deck is working for you.

By now, the anticipation of doing readings will sneak up on you and you’ll probably want more decks. It’s totally okay to want more decks. The first reading I ever got over the internet was with a vegan, twin flame enthusiast with sixty of them. Just remember that practice makes perfect and these are intuitive development tools.

When people tell you to “cleanse” your deck it’s probably a good idea, at least if the deck belonged to someone else first. Some prefer to knock three times like Tony Orlando, sage like a Native or bless with a crystal tip. Using a wand can help you to point and direct the energy which some people will draw out and into a water basin to discard any negativity, etc. Then you’ll want to keep the cards in a nice place, somewhat like an affirmation that your energy is positive before beginning to use them.

All in all, oracle cards are safe. I say this because a 16-year-old boy contacted me, very upset because his Jesus-loving parents found his tarot deck and thought that meant he was working with the evil D-man. To help him feel better I said this was happening to him to push him into his independence so that he could make it in life and then, as an adult, choose to work with whatever cards or intuitive practice he wanted. It’s true, when you’re under your parents’ roof you have to respect their wishes but in the defense of my passion this is more of a means of connecting people to their hearts and Spirits in order to heal. It’s a fun activity to prove that when you like or love someone, telepathy is real and we are much more than “everything is awesome” -Lego people. A bunch of cardboard with glossy images and creative, positive statements isn’t going to send you to hell. No, they are more likely to look pretty on your shelf and entertain guests who “never did this before!”

Social Media Advice for the New Age

After five years of showcasing my channeling, teachings and artwork on the internet I have had to “deal” with people. What this means is I was not a mole in a hole, rather, I had to sit and face all kinds of personalities from around the world. I heard them, responded and shared with them, sometimes retreating from them. A few became actual friends, a couple hundred got blocked, but an even larger number have become consistent contacts who benefit from what I do. This meant going through love and hate -mail, getting good and bad advice, making mistakes and becoming resilient. At the end of the day, I’ve helped people transform their lives and grown a lot on a personal level.

Growing up, social media was in it’s beginning stages after the dotcom era, Y2K-scare and AOL’s disappearance. I had family members supporting my D.I.Y. website hobby and others criticizing the time I spent “socializing” on messenger. How could anyone predict that PayPal, YouTube and Google would happen back then? They couldn’t because it was neither their interest nor investment.

The New Age, an alternative to religious tradition, is a world-wide culture spreading it’s ideas through the internet. A developing movement lacks terms to describe those interested in Hinduism, U.F.O.s and rainbow gatherings. These spiritual Joe’s require astrology reports, animal rights petitions and ocean cleanup news. Reading quantum physics headlines and watching live, singing bowl videos is no longer limited to those who can afford attending retreats. Because of this knowledge, one can see how moving into a label-free zone is both unifying and confusing. It can be especially challenging when defining yourself in a cyber netherworld as “other.”

My partner, however, summed this up quite perfectly: “the internet is an astral template of the future.” What he meant by this is through the Net we are formulating templates for an ideal world. Having this vision is a major, necessary aspect of the New Age. If you want healing, love, creativity and joy for the planet, do not stop the movement of your spirit. People may call you “fake”, “naive”, or “crazy”, but the leaders and doers won’t. Alternatively, if you are a grounded workhorse or more of a manager/organizer-type, these are also vital for manifesting functioning solutions. The people who supported my “strange lifestyle” (as a psychiatrist who assessed my sense of reality put it) were teachers, gamers, psychics, college students, engineers, rappers, surgeons, soldiers, actors, trainers, deejays, chefs and more. It’s those everyday people that will help shape your experience of “what is”, even if you think you’re the next internet star or feel insignificant.

When trying to do something good, people will unfortunately sense the positivity and behave in mean ways. You won’t understand and sometimes there is nothing you can do. My best advice for these times is to remain consistent by continuing to do what works for you. Often, the best thing for your wellbeing is the best thing for everyone else, too. Feeling excited and passionate about what I’m saying, other people magically gravitate towards my livestreams. Somehow they decide to share more energy, getting inspired while learning at the same time. It’s a win-win and you didn’t necessarily need to pray to God for it while not actually believing in the prayer on a deeper level.

Personally speaking, I’ve had to give up preconceived ideas about how groups of people “are.” Whenever I formed an absolute, someone would quickly prove me wrong. If you’re wanting to “become more spiritual” as people have said to me several times, you’ll find out that it’s always about who someone is, not what they look or smell like. It’s about their being, their soul and their intent. Trust your instincts and continue to go higher. We are all learning here and hopefully trying harder tomorrow.

We are all on this Earth together and starseeds/volunteer souls are especially concerned about our Great Mother. Also, empaths who tune into nature may find that they have a “job” or “mission” that involves one of the following.
